Two years ago, I sat in front of my laptop, overwhelmed and near burnout. I had a million ideas, zero execution, and a to-do list that felt like quicksand. I started wondering if I had made a huge mistake starting my business. And then I found the support system I didn’t know I needed: ChatGPT.
No, this isn’t an AI fan-girl blog. This is a real story about how a neurodivergent entrepreneur (hi, it’s me) learned to partner with a tool that helps my brain function better.
Now, I use ChatGPT like a virtual assistant—and today I’m sharing 5 ways you can too.
1. Let ChatGPT prioritize your to-do list. When you’re drowning in decisions, drop your full list into ChatGPT and ask:
→ “What are the top 3 most impactful things I can focus on today?”
Let the decision-making leave your brain and re-enter your power.
Got a voice note, half-written idea, or jumbled caption?
Ask ChatGPT:
→ “Turn this into a carousel post with a short caption for Instagram + copy for LinkedIn.”
Goodbye perfectionism, hello progress.
3. Turn AI into your thinking partner.
Feeling stuck? Try this:
→ “Ask me 5 questions to help me organize my ideas for this launch/offering/blog post.”It’s better than journaling. And faster.
4. Repurpose what you’ve already created.
Don’t start from scratch. Paste in an old email or blog and prompt:
→ “Help me turn this into 3 social media posts and a short email.”
5. Write boundary-setting responses.
When a flaky client or awkward DM throws you off, say:
→ “Help me write a kind but firm message to protect my energy.”Now your business boundaries feel aligned, not anxiety-inducing.
Whether you have ADHD, a creative brain, or just need more white space—AI can support your strengths, not replace them. You don’t need more hustle. You need better tools.
You are powerful, capable, and visionary. You just might need a little help sorting the magic inside your head.
