Cancellation Policy

Please read this agreement carefully. By booking a roadmap session with Wild Lotus Consulting, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Service OverviewThis agreement covers the purchase of a 1:1 Roadmap Session, designed to provide personalized strategic planning and business support to align your business vision with actionable goals over the next 3 months. Payment and Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Payments are non-refundable. If a payment plan is offered, all installments must be completed as agreed, regardless of session attendance. Rescheduling and Cancellation 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel your session. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the full session fee being charged. No-shows will be charged the full fee and are not eligible for rescheduling. Intellectual Property All content, strategies, frameworks, and materials shared during the session are the exclusive property of Wild Lotus Consulting. You receive a non-transferable, limited license to use these materials solely for your personal business growth. You agree not to copy, distribute, or share these materials for purposes outside your own business without explicit written consent. Liability and Disclaimer Wild Lotus Consulting provides strategic guidance based on professional experience, but results may vary depending on individual implementation. You agree to hold Wild Lotus Consulting harmless for any outcomes resulting from the guidance provided in your session. Agreement Acceptance By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms in this agreement.
